Eosinophiles Granulom bzw. monostotischer Knochenbefall einer Langerhans-Zell-Histiozytose (LZH):  eosinoph Granulom

Guten Tag, ich bin Kinderarzt und habe einen sehr ähnlichen Ultraschallbefund erhoben. Morgen erfolgt dann nach MRT und CT (Ähnliche Darstellung wie Ihre) die neurochirurgische Entfernung.
Weitere Infos gerne per Email bei Bedarf.
