    16 year-old girl with myelomeningocele. Daily self-catheterization due to neurogenic bladder dysfunction (urodynamically proven). Reoccuring urinary tract infections.

    Ultrasound 1 <- view Ultrasound 1

    Ultrasound 1: Sonography of the transverse bladder with uneven wall changes in the sense of a trabecularization of the bladder wall as a sign of muscular hypertrophy after a neruogenic bladder dysfunction.





    Ultrasound 2 <- view Ultrasound 2

    Ultrasound 2: Sonography of the bladder, longitudinally with uneven wall changes in the sense of a trabecularization.





    Ultrasound 3 <- view Ultrasound 3

    Ultrasound 3: Sonography of the bladder, longitudinally, below the trabeculated urinary bladder, the ovary with normal ovarial cysts are seen.

    Guten Tag!
    Ich hatte vor 9 Jahre eine Blesenaugmentation nach einer Gehirnblutung. Ich muss ständig katheterisieren, sonst kann ich nicht normal urinieren. Das stört mich sehr, weil ich sehr abhängig bin davon. Ich muss alles dementsprechend organisieren.
    Gibt es eine Möglichkeit dagegen?( Evtl. durch eine OP?)

      Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

      mich interessiert was man außer Antibiotica in diesem (Thema) Fall tun kann. Ist es möglich, Aloe Vera in kombination mit Propolis, einzunehmen (wie in der Homoöpathie) zur abheilung, um wenigstes das Imunsystem aufzubauen bzw. zu unterstützen?
      Da ich aus Erfahrung von anderen offenen und nässenden Wunden weiss, bin überzeugt davon, das es auf jedenfall eine Linderung und beginnende Abheilung sowie Unterstützung der weiteren Behandlungen ist, mit Aloe Vera und Propolis zu arbeiten.
      Welche Erfahrungen bringen Sie in diesem Fall mit?
