    X-Ray 1:Thorax while lying down: Homogenic, fuzzy decrease in transparence of the left lung. Further images show an identical x-ray finding with unremarkable clinical findings.

    Also a one-sided extremely large thymus can cause the same decrease in transparency. A decrease in respiration of the left lung would be considered in the first image; the clinical symptoms would, however, change in the course, so that this diagnosis falls by the wayside after the initial image.
