    For 2 weeks, a painless swelling in the left cervical area and in the suprapit. Surgical aspiration of the mass. Diagnosis: hematoma.
    After 6 months, severely increased swelling.

    MRI 1 <- view MRI 1

    MRI 1: (TIRM transversal): Inhomogenic hyperintense mass, which is partly septated in the serratus muscle anteriorly to the left.

    MRI 2: (TIRM coronal)

    MRI 3: (T1 transversal): Practically muscle isointense mass to the left cervically and throacically.

    MRI 4: (T1 with i.v. contrast, transversal): Mass with cystic and solid parts, which show contrast uptake.

    Synovial sarcoma (shoulder joint):  About synovial sarcoma

    Second most common sarcoma in children only after rhabdomyosarcoma.
    Para-articular in location.
    Usually around knee.
    Multilocular, lobulated, usually large, more than 5 cm.
    Misnomer; not synovial in origin but cells mimicking synovioblast in pathology.
