Forearm shaft fracture, left ( with radial shaft fracture and greenstick fracture of the ulna):  distal radial fracture

In my left arm and wrist,There is a transverse comminuted fracture of the distal radius.It has dorsal displacement and palmer angulation.
After one week I find no pains or swelling.
wrist and hand cannot move f.reely
What are the best options.i have 5 days to decide
