Mikroadenome der Hypophyse:  mikroadenom

hallo mein nme ist nina ich bin 21 jahre und bei mir wurde vor 3 wochen ein mikroadenom endeckt ich hab ständig starke kopfschmerzen und meine tage blieb 5 monate aus und manchmal ist es nicht mehr auszuhalten ich nehme zurzeit medikamente wegen mein Prolaktinspiegel weil es ziehmlich hoch ist ja in 6 wochen muss ich wieder zum arzt um mein blut zu untersuchen
kann mir jemand erklähren was das überhaupt bedeutet kann mann es auch operieren wenn es klein ist warscheinlich hört bei mir die schmerzen im kopf dan auf

Prolaktin-sezernierende Tumoren haben eine Rezidiv-Rate von ungefaehr 50%. Deshalb ist die medikamentoese Therapie erst einmal bevorzugt. Falls zur Operation entschlossen wurde, ist der trans-sphenoidale Eingriff am effektivsten. Postoperative Radiotherapie scheint nicht effektiv zu sein. Einige Zentren fuehren "Gamma-Knife" Bestrahlung fuer wiederkehrende Tumoren durch.
Ich hoffe dies hat geholfen.
