About child has testicular microlithiasis

Hi, does there anyone know children have testicula microlithiasis have been cured? please contact me at jtf01@optusnet.com.au

Jane,
As far as I know the microcalcifications don't go away.
Testicular microlithiasis is itself a harmless entity and does not need a "cure".
Saying this, there is a slight increased risk described for malignant transformation but there is still no consensus worldwide if these patients should be followed up routinely with ultrasound or not.

Again: testicular microlithiasis is not a disease itself.

    We had a case of spontaneous disappearance of t.m. during the 6 years of follow up.
    To be published soon in Urology.
